Origin - In June, 1964, a young ambitious couple, Robert and Millie Rawlings, opened the doors of Smith and Rawlings, Inc. and began providing reliable and quality service in the areas of plumbing and heating in the Annapolis and surrounding communities. Several years later, air conditioning services were added to services they would provide. Larry Crow, who is now President of the Company, started with Smith and Rawlings, Inc. as a heating/air conditioning helper in July of 1977. In 2004, continuing with the family tradition, Sherry Rawlings Crow, accepted a position with and became an officer of Smith and Rawlings, Inc. Bob and Millie are still involved with the business on a part- time basis.
Services - Smith and Rawlings, Inc. continues to offer a full range of plumbing, heating and air conditioning services to meet the needs of its various residential and commercial customers. We have been blessed during the past years and have had the good fortune of keeping many of our key employees. You get to know your technician and he gets to know your equipment.
